CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best experience for every guest, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. • 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the booked service total will be charged. • Less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the booked service total will be charged to the card on file.
